Artificial intelligence reveals your bio-age and makes you younger in 29 minutes – MyHub opens its doors in Helsinki.

Helsinki, 27.8.2025 – Finland's first fully intelligent training hub, MyHub, will open its first location in Helsinki in November this year. The intelligent EGYM devices combine artificial intelligence and muscle strength training, analyze bio-age and automatically plan a training program. At MyHub, muscle fitness training works on the principle of in, out and results.
