In MyHub, you follow a personalized muscle fitness program tailored to you, based on an initial strength test and body composition measurement, and aimed at your goals.

The devices track your progress and update the program accordingly. You can also track your Bio-Age, which is your body's health and performance.

And the best part is, you don't have to think about what to do next – the program is stored on the bracelet, and by looking at it, the EGYM devices equipped with artificial intelligence will recognize you, guide you through the process, and move forward.

MyHub's muscle training equipment has been carefully selected and takes into account the main muscle groups.

The workout progresses in sync, like circuit training, so you never have to wait for the next piece of equipment to become available. Recovery times are taken into account in the program.

Body composition is measured with a Tanita device , which is directly connected to the EGYM system. The measurement takes about a minute and all you need to do is take off your socks. The first measurement is guided, and in the future you can easily take measurements independently.

Body composition measurements are included in your MyHub membership at no additional cost.

The first time, the strength test is conducted under guidance on MyHub together with the Host. The strength test is carried out using eight EGYM devices, which you will continue to use in the future.

The EGYM app reminds you to retake the test regularly, so your training resistances and goals are constantly updated and tailored to you.

The main muscle groups we define are large muscle groups that are essential for functional ability and health.
